For two years, HCE referenced over 400+ companies as to their ability to remanufacture or refurbish equipment back to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Through onsite inspections, detailed review of refurbishing processes, reference users, warranty coverages, customer service, service after the sale and a host of other qualifications, HCE found that the vast majority of those companies do not truly meet the standards our customers desire. Out of the 400+ companies, only 1/4 of them were found to be "best of breed". These companies deliver products that look like new, perform like new and come with a like new warranty, but can be obtained for 50-70% less than the cost of new.
